You can cancel your order before it is shipped unless it is "In Production" stage. If the order is still in the proofing stage, you may cancel it subject to the following fees, when applicable:

• Orders placed, paid for, and then canceled before 5pm EST on the same day may be refunded in full or booked as store credit to be applied to future orders.
• Orders below $100 will not be subject to cancellation fees.
• Orders from $100 to $500 will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
• Orders $500 and above will be subject to a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the full order amount.
• If we have worked with you on finalizing your custom design, we may charge you a small fee towards design services.

For all custom orders, the production process begins immediately after the design is approved by you. Because of this, we cannot allow any order cancellations on custom products. While finalizing the design, you agree that you have reviewed your order and that no further additions, corrections, or changes need to be made and that your order is final as is.

For all stock products and accessories, if the ordered quantity is below XXX number your order can be canceled any time prior to it being shipped. If you have placed an order for bulk quantities, we may not be able to cancel the order if it is in the production phase.

Exceptions

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

• For the supply of goods, the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
• For the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• For the supply of goods that have been bulk produced for your order.
