  1. Are state taxes charged?

    Yes, you will be charged sales tax based on the state in which you shipping to. Unfortunately, this is something we cannot avoid!

  2. What should I do if my organization is tax exempt?

    Not a problem! Please give us a call at 888 705 SIGN and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you get your account switched over to tax-exempt status.

  3. How do I get another copy of my receipt?

    By logging into your account and you can see your order history and you view your receipt this way.

  4. Shipping shows my package was delivered, but it didn’t arrive. What do I do?

    Please give our customer service team a call at 888 705 SIGN We may need to help you file a claim with Fed Ex / UPS.

  5. How much is shipping?

    Your shipping charge will be dependent on your location/ size of order. Please review this when you check out.

  6. How can I be sure my package will arrive safely?

    We are confident that the packages that you receive are packaged and shipped by FedEx to ensure your order arrives in great condition!

  7. How do I install or care for my sign?

  8. Do you offer any sizes and shapes other than those listed on the website?

    What is on the site, is what we offer. Let us know if you have any suggestions on different sizes or shapes than what we currently offer, we will take all suggestions into consideration!

  9. May I choose the type of material / color my design is printed on?

    You can! Different materials are listed in the dropdown menus next to the sign you want to order.

  10. Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?

    Yes, we will ensure that what is on the website, is exactly what you will get. Color may vary slightly from website.

  11. How durable are the signs?

  12. Does my sign order include any posts, frames or stakes for hanging or display purposes?

    You can add on these types of items. Please search under the "options" or "accessory" drop down menus!

  13. How do I know if you've received my order?

    A member from our team will get an email once you hit submit on your order for confirmation. You should receive an order confirmation to your email as well. This will indicate that we got your order.

  14. What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation?

  15. May I make a correction to my order after it has been submitted?

    At this time, all orders are final. Any additions, please make a separate order.

  16. How do I track my order?

    You should receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped! All orders will be shipped through FedEx.
