Refunds Policy

We evaluate all return/damage/refund requests on a case-by-case basis. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange].


If we determine that a refund is due, owing to our fault, we will take one of the following steps

  • send a replacement of the product
  • issue a store credit
  • issue a refund via the original payment method for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s).

Under absolutely no circumstance will shipping be refunded for any reason once it has been physically applied to an item ordered, regardless if it is yet to be shipped or not.


We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible (after we make deductions for cost of recovering goods, as explained above) and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
