Returns for Manufacturing Defects
We strive to ensure our product is defect free. However, mistakes do occur. In the event of a defect, we ask you to follow the sequence listed below:
- Take a photo of the product and defect.
- Please call our customer service department with you order number at 888 705 SIGN to let us know the problem. (Signtacular reserves the sole discretion to determine manufacturing defects)
- You will be given an email address. Send the photo to this address.
- A replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
- Dispose of the original defective sign.
All other returns:
We understand mistakes from you end are also a reality. In the event this occurs please use the following sequence.
- Please call our customer service at 888 705 SIGN
- You will be given the return address to ship the product to. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- You will receive a 50% refund of the subtotal for the order once the product is received by Signtacular to cover restocking. All returned product must be received within 30 days of customer service contact.
